Currently in Nova Scotia we’re introducing a mix of smaller, affordable homes and distinctive multi-family residences, designed with convenience and sustainability in mind.
Community 1
We are in the early stages of preparing for the development of our first housing community. It is planned as smaller project – likely four to six turnkey homes located in the heart of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia on a treed 1/3-acre lot backed by parkland near the Centennial Trail. It is within an easy walking distance to shops and transit.
Four of the homes are planned as 605 square feet, fully finished including all essential appliances, energy efficient with heat pumps, with one bedroom, one bathroom and list for below market value – approximately $300,000.
The fifth home is planned as as multi-family, multi-generational home at 2400 square feet. Finished fully furnished. The layout is unconfirmed. This home will also list for below market value – approximately $600,000
Construction is expected to in the spring of 2024 and be completed for occupancy by late fall 2024.
Community 2
This is a 3-acre site also conveniently located in the heart of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. The plan is for similarly designed homes as with Community 1. The site will allow for a larger community of up to thirty homes. The ideal size for resilient and sustainable communities. We are in the early stages of planning for this site. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.
Community 3
This is a 5-acre site also located in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. We are in the early stages of planning for this site.
